It's only been about 6 weeks since my last post. I don't know what anyone is complaining about...
Oh, the fact that I have a ton of things going on right now and have plenty to blog about and tons of pictures to post...I get it.
Here's what is going on. Sorry I don't have any pictures right now. My hubby made off with the ISB port so I cannot get the photos off my camera today. Okay, so Todd graduated residency (pictures to come..) and his mom, her fiancee Larry, brother Chris and wife Maria and two kids, and our nephew Ben came out for the event. We had a housefull and it was a lot of fun. Then the next week, Todd's dad came out to visit with his wife, Claudia. (The kids call her Cloudy) and we celebrated her birthday and she made the most amazing mexican food I've ever had. It was great to meet her and get to know her. I even got to practice my spanish. I did better than I thought I would!
Last week, Zerrin had a circumsision revision. The one he had at birth was...um...let's say inadequate. So they fixed it last week and he looks like a real boy now! He's still healing, but is totally acting normal and it was a lot less traumatic than I thought it would be.
In about 10 days, we start our move to Japan. They come to get the "advance shipment" stuff. That's stuff that I have to live without now, but will be my only possessions for the first 6-8 weeks after we arrive in Okinawa. That's a lot of fun to figure out!
We have also signed up with Skype so we can keep in touch with all you wonderful people out there who are going to miss us while we're half way across the world! So if you don't have Skype and would like to keep in touch...sign up for it. It's free!
That's all I have for now. I'll be better at blogging once we settle in Okinawa. I promise!
