Did I Mention I Love Comments?

Well, I do! I love getting feedback. Even if you have nothing to say, let me know you stopped by. Don't be shy. I want to know who's stopping by and checking in on us. It's nice to know someone is reading what I'm writing. Thanks!

One Day at a Time

I can't let myself think about the future.
That sounds kind of terrible when I say it out loud.

Each day is already so long.
When I think of the number of
months
weeks
days...

Doesn't matter. It's too long.

I'm trying to just get through each day as it comes.
Trying to be thankful for the little things
Today, I'm thankful for Skype.
I got to talk to and see my sweetheart
and my sister in law
and my mother in law

(Now if my own mother would get a web cam and download skype.. hint hint!)

I'm thankful for
Friday
Shopping
Dinner out with the kids
Movie date with the kids

And I'm thankful for a cute new nephew born to
my brother Ben and his wife Ashley.

Lincoln Henry Jones
7 lbs 12 oz 20.5 inches long
Born Feb 17th 9 pm

When they get pics up on their blog, I'll hook up a link here.

And that's about it.
Focus on today.
Get through today.

One day at a time is a great idea. When you are here this summer we will get skype up and going. I am tech challenged you know. Have a great day today.

I am blog surfing this morning and found yours through Ashleys. I am sorry about your husband's deployment and hope the best for your family. Your new nephew is just precious. I am so happy he is mine too. :) We love Skype too. That is the only way we can see Stephanie's boys grow up. Take care.
